Custom Contract
Need a custom contract or terms and conditions for your business?
This service is for specific types of contracts that I offer at a fixed fee.
Whether you’re looking for a contract tailored to your business and niche, or you need to customize a contract template you’ve purchased, this section provides a clear, predictable process.
How It Works

First, choose the Custom Contract Service you need:
Custom Contract or Terms and Conditions: Receive a contract or T&C tailored specifically to your business and niche.
Revision Round Add-On: Customize a contract template purchased from my Contract Shop. This add-on can also be used for further adjustments to your custom contract or T&C.

After you have purchased your custom contract, you will receive a questionnaire by email within 72 hours of your purchase.
You must fill out the questionnaire with all the information I need to prepare your custom contract.

Once I have received your questionnaire, I will review the information you provided.
Some of the information provided may require further explanation for which I will send you an email.
So, make sure to keep an eye out for an email from me, just in case I need more information from you, and to prevent delay in the creation of your custom contract.

Once I have received all the information I need from you, I will start drafting your custom contract and share it with you by email once it's ready.
The delivery time for your custom contract is up to 7 days from the date that I have received all the information I need from you, including the answers to my follow-up questions (please refer to Step 3).
Need your custom contract sooner? You may purchase the 3-Day Rush Add-On. In that case, your contract will be delivered within 3 days.

After I have shared the custom contract with you, you may review it.
If anything needs to be changed, you may purchase a revision round.
Please note that revisions are not included in the initial purchase price.
Revision rounds may be purchased as add-ons to the Custom Contract Service you have chosen.
Once a revision round has been purchased, I will revise the custom contract and share a new version by email.
Each revision round will take up to 5 days, depending on the revisions to be made.

2. Fixed Fee Proposal: If we are a match, I will provide you with a proposal with a fixed fee for the custom contract service you need.
3. Payment: If you want to proceed, I will send you a custom link to purchase your custom contract service.
