But, as a guest, you do NOT want your words to be twisted or taken out of context because of how the podcast was edited.
That is exactly why you need this Podcast Guest Agreement! For the guest to have control over what happens with the guest’s content, and for the podcaster to have the right to use, edit & distribute the podcast episode without having to suddenly take it down or pay (additional) compensation.

What will you receive?
You will receive a package with two different podcast guest agreements: one podcaster-friendly guest agreement and one guest-friendly guest agreement with alternative clauses that benefit each role (two in one).
Additionally, for the podcaster, a separate version is included that you can use as terms and conditions for a form.
You can upload your terms to an application form you create online (on your website or in Google Forms, for example). Add a checkbox stating that the guest speaker agrees to those terms (embed the link to the terms AND your privacy policy).
This version includes a clause ensuring that checking the checkbox constitutes an (electronic) signature.
That way, you can have your guests agree to your terms without the awkwardness!
